1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Engagements

Engagements utilizing our Velocity Sprint framework require a minimum commitment of 6 months. Specific deliverables and KPIs will be outlined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) provided during onboarding.

3. Intellectual Property

The methodologies, workflows, and proprietary operational frameworks (including the Velocity Sprint) remain the intellectual property of Aura Conversion. Client-specific assets generated during the engagement transfer to the client upon full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aura Conversion be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
